The Kirk Family Welcomes You!

Called To Serve

The mission of the Kirk family is to be a community of believers, united by faith, Scripture and a connection to our denomination. We are committed to calling people of Christ and encouraging one another in worship, education and fellowship.

 News & Announcements

The pastor search committee continues to regularly  meet each Thursday to review the Pastor Information Forms submitted by candidates. To date 25 Pastor Information Forms have been   reviewed and several potential candidates were contacted by phone for additional information.  The Retired Military Chaplains' Association has also posted our vacancy notice. The Pastor Call tab above shows the Ministry Information Form (MIF)which provides a narrative picture of the mission and ministry of the congregation and its sense of call.  It has been posted in the Church Leadership Conference system that matches vacancies with Pastors seeking calls. Prospective pastors can use the MIF provided on this site  to help them determine whether God is calling them to serve our church.  The MIF expresses the Kirk's ministry context, demographics, history, theology, values, leadership needs, and expectations.   Questions and resumes should be directed to

As we continue to accomplish this important task, we ask for the prayers of the congregation in support of our work to bring forth a nominee that will be our spiritual leader in the years to come.

 Join us for Sunday Worship

in the Sanctuary

Because of increased cases of COVID and the ease of transmission, we are being as careful as possible to protect everyone, and although masks are not mandatory as we continue to worship in the sanctuary, we encourage you to wear one.  The left side of the sanctuary is designated for those that are wearing masks,  and the right side of the sanctuary is designated for those that prefer to not wear a mask. We will continue to observe social distancing, and hand sanitizer is available for everyone.  Collection plates are not passed but one is available at the rear of the church.  We do have individual sealed containers for communion service and they can be picked up in the narthex before entering the sanctuary. Let’s all exercise wise and gracious caution, knowing that various levels of concern still exist within our church body.  Our services are also broadcast live each Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. on Facebook at FFB Kirk of the Hills.

We invite everyone who believes in the saving power of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ to share with us the sacrament of Holy Communion.

Fellowship after Sunday Worship Service

We will not have fellowship after Sunday worship service  until Session feels it is safer for larger groups to socially gather.
